La nostra azienda e’ ubicata a Pavareto, in un versante assolato della Val di Vara, dietro alle Cinque Terre, a 410 m slm, in mezzo a boschi di querce, castagni, pini.
In quasi 5 ettari di terreno recuperato all’abbandono, pratichiamo da tre anni l’agricoltura sinergica, con metodi di agricoltura biodinamica e, come e dove possibile, la permacultura. Pratichiamo anche la tecnica del BRF (bois raméaux fragmentés).
Abbiamo un piccolo uliveto (ca. 100 pt), 2000 mq di un giovane e misto frutteto di varieta’ antiche alternato a frutti di bosco e erbe aromatiche, 2500mq di orto e 1000mq di patate.
Ci sono anche due mucche Cabannine(in estinzione) due mucche Jarsey,una vitellina, una giovane cavalla Bardigiana , galline,galli Giganti Neri della Val di Vara ,le pecore e il nostro bravo Poldo (il cane).
Abbiamo costruito una casa di paglia,(la prima in Liguria) che è la nostra casa e per i nostri ospiti.

Riceviamo anche visite di WWOOFers che di tanto in tanto ci vengono ad aiutare.

Our concern is located in Pavareto, a little village in a sunny side of the Val di Vara, behind the Cinque Terre, 410 m above sea level, surrounded by forests of oak, chestnut, pine, etc..
In almost 5 acres of recovered land, we practice since three years synergetic agriculture with biodynamic farming methods and permaculture, where possible. We also practice the technique of BRF (Bois Rameaux fragmentés).
We have a small olive grove (about 100 pt), 2000 square meters of a young orchard of mixed ancient varieties, alternating with berries and herbs, 2.500 square meters of garden and 1000 sqm of potatoes.
There are also two cows (Cabannina race), a young horse of Bardigiana race (an endangered breed), chickens, ducks, rabbits and our honest Poldo (the dog). Even foxes and martens make their visits from time to time …
We have a house made of wood and strawbale, which is our guest house and house too.
We are Francesca (41 years), Marco (42), Simone (20, studing naturopathy), Sergio (18) and the little Paolo (7).
We also receive visits of WWOOFers, who also help us a little more.

Unser Haus ist in Pavareto, einem kleinen Dorf in einem sonnigen Seite des Val di Vara, hinter den Cinque Terre, 410 m über dem Meeresspiegel gelegen, umgeben von Wäldern aus Eichen, Kastanien, Pinien, etc ..
In fast 5 Acker erholt Land praktizieren wir seit 3 Jahre synergetische Landwirtschaft mit biodynamischen Anbaumethoden und Permakultur, wo möglich. Wir üben auch die Technik des BRF (Bois Rameaux fragmentés).
Wir haben einen kleinen Olivenhain (ca. 100 pt), 2000 Quadratmeter von einem jungen Obstgarten von gemischten alten Sorten, im Wechsel mit Beeren und Kräutern, 2.500 Quadratmeter Garten und 1000 qm von Kartoffeln.
Es gibt auch zwei Kühe (Cabannina Rennen), ein junges Pferd von Bardigiana (eine vom Aussterben bedrohte Rasse), Hühner, Enten, Kaninchen und unsere ehrliche Poldo (der Hund). Auch Füchse und Marder machen ihre Besuche von Zeit zu Zeit …
Wir haben ein Haus aus Holz und strawbale, das unserem Gästehaus und Haus ist.
Wir sind Francesca (41 Jahre), Marco (42), Simone (20, der naturopathy studiert), Sergio (18) und der kleine Paolo (7).
Wir erhalten auch Besuche von WWOOFer, der uns auch ein wenig mehr helfen.
