Siamo alle pendici di un dolce territorio fatto di vigne, di olivi e di lavoro, in un casale risalente agli anni ’50. Costruito per i contadini, circondato dai terreni lavorati che corrono allineati, seppur distanti, dalla ferrovia, il b&b è di impianto semplice ma tradizionale. Circondato dalle vigne guarda a sudovest ed è stato mantenuto volutamente nello stile appartenuto a chi vi lavorava la terra.
Ci troviamo in una posizione strategica vicino a Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Firenze ed il mare, a pochi km dall’autostrada che permette di raggiungere velocemente buona parte di tutta la toscana.
The B&B is situated in a strategic location, close to the famous cities of Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Florence. It is only a few miles away from the sea. The motorway allows our guests to easily reach those destinations, as well as the largest part of Tuscany.
Die “Locanda Il Fornello” liegt inmitten einer idyllischen Landschaft aus Weinstöcken und Olivenhainen, einer Kulturlandschaft, die geprägt ist von der traditionellen Lebens- und Arbeitsweise ihrer Bewohner. Das ursprünglich für Bauern gebaute Haus stammt aus den 1950er Jahren und hat einen einfachen, zweckmäßigen Grundriss. Es ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet. Im Zuge der behutsamen Renovierung wurde darauf geachtet, seinen ursprünglichen Charakter als Unterkunft für Bauern und Landarbeiter zu bewahren.
