L’esperienza e l’atmosfera saranno molto familiari con il piacere di addormentarsi, la sera, e svegliarsi la mattina con i suoni del bosco, degli animali selvatici e della montagna. La cucina tradizionale è casalinga, non locale, genuina e si cerca di soddisfare un tipo di turismo più rispettoso dell’ambiente, dell’economia e comunità, soprattutto locali (ecocucina, antispreco, KM 0, autoproduzione, ecc).
L’ingresso principale è suddiviso per entrare al P/T, dove risiedono Valeria e Giorgio, i proprietari, ed al R&B sito al P/1. Qui si trovano le 3 semplici, spaziose e confortevoli camere da letto, un’ampia sala da pranzo comune ed i bagni completi che sono esterni alle camere ma immediatamente a fianco delle stesse.

All’interno ed all’esterno della casa è vietato fumare. Con Giorgio e Valeria vivono dei gatti che sono liberi di muoversi anche all’esterno pertanto la presenza di eventuali pets deve essere concordata all’atto della prenotazione.
COSA FARE – La zona e la struttura sono facilmente raggiungibili dalle principali città del nord e la posizione è l’ideale per fare escursioni giornaliere in Lunigiana-Toscana, alle Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante e/o Chiavari per una giornata al mare anche in inverno, a Parma e Bologna o per visitare i Castelli ed i Borghi della zona.
È inoltre possibile praticare sport come MOUNTAIN BIKE, MOTO ENDURO, TREKKING, TRAIL RUNNING, EQUITAZIONE, CIASPOLE, SLEE DOG, SCI NORDICO E SCI DI FONDO La zona è rinomata per il fungo porcino IGP di Borgo Val di Taro, per il tartufo della Valceno e per la deliziosa e sfiziosa enogastronomia di montagna, con piatti che subiscono l’influenza del parmense, del ligure e della toscana.
NELLE VICINANZE – L’Oasi WWF dei Ghirardi, distante 5Km ca, si sviluppa su 600 ettari di prati, boschi e torrenti. È la casa di innumerevoli specie di animali, piante e funghi; ospita habitat rarissimi e un paesaggio incantevole. e muta continuamente col passare delle stagioni. Ogni giorno l’Oasi è visitabile liberamente a piedi accedendo da Costa dei Rossi (Albareto) o Porcigatone (Borgotaro).

Giorgio Genovese, Guida dell’Accademia Nazionale di Mountain Bike (Professione ai sensi della Legge N.4 del 14.1.2013), è disponibile per servizi di accompagnamento per escursioni in Mountain Bike. Più di trent’anni di esperienza e conoscenza dei percorsi e sentieri della Valtaro messi a disposizione, principalmente ma non solo, per chi predilige l’ALL -MOUNTAIN. Si propongo percorsi pedalati di diversa difficoltà per scoprire sentieri e paesaggi della Valtaro e si potranno scoprire i molteplici ed affascinanti scorci della valle.

The main entrance is divided to enter into the ground floor, where live Valeria & Giorgio the owners, and the R&B located on the first floor. Here are the 3 simple, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a large room for breakfast and lunch and the complete bathrooms that are outside the bedrooms but immediately next to them.

WHAT TO DO – The area and the R&B are easily accessible from the main cities of the north Italy and the location is ideal for day trips to Lunigiana in Tuscany, to Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante and/or Chiavari all in Liguria for a day at the beach) to Parma and Bologna or to the castles in the area. It is ideal also for a day at the beach even in winter, in Parma and Bologna or to visit the Castles and Villages of the area. You can also practice sports like: MOUNTAIN BIKE ENDURO MOTORBIKE, TREKKING, TRAIL RUNNING, HORSE RIDING, SNOWSHOES, SLEE DOG, NORDIC SKIING AND CROSS COUNTRY SKIING.
The area is renowned for the IGP porcini mushroom of Borgo Val di Taro, for the truffle of Valceno and for the delicious mountain gastronomy, with dishes that are influenced by the Parmesan, Ligurian and Tuscan.
NEARBY – The WWF Oasis of the Ghirardi, which is 5Km away from Tolasudolsa, is spread over 600 hectares of meadows, woods and streams. It is the home of several species of animals, plants and mushrooms; it preserves rare habitats, enchanting landscapes and it changes continuously as the seasons pass. Every day the nature reserve can be visited freely by foot by accessing Costa dei Rossi (Albareto) or Porcigatone (Borgotaro). The main towns, with museums, shops, cinemas, supermarkets, etc. are between 5 and 12 Km maximum
